With ConsystemiseOS™, you receive the training, templates, resources, AI tools and ongoing group guidance to implement the systems yourself or with your team.

With The Systemised Builder™, we install, connect and check your systems for you—including the complete Estimating Engine™ and supported ConsystemAI™ setup. You also receive four private sessions with Theo, six months of weekly private small-group training and twelve months of ConsystemiseOS™ access.

Choose ConsystemiseOS™ if you or your team have the time and capacity to complete the setup using our training and guidance.

Choose The Systemised Builder™ if you would prefer us to handle the installation, then work personally with you and your team to put the systems into practice on real estimates and jobs.

Setup usually takes one week, or up to two weeks depending on our capacity, once we receive your completed Setup Questionnaire and access to your Wunderbuild account.

We’ll send the questionnaire after you sign up. From there, we handle the setup and guide you through anything else we need along the way.

Yes. We complete the setup in the background, so you can continue using Wunderbuild as normal while we work through the installation and configuration.

The complete Estimating Engine™ is included with The Systemised Builder™ where we install and connect our Master Estimate template, Master Price Book, assemblies and take-off template as one connected estimating system inside Wunderbuild.

ConsystemiseOS™ includes access to our standalone estimating, take-off and assembly templates. The complete connected Estimating Engine™, including the Master Price Book, is available separately.

The Systemised Builder™ includes the full setup as outlined here and the documents and templates we provide in your Wunderbuild account updated with your own company branding and information. Any non-standard work (i.e. moving over existing project data, data clean-up, bespoke templates, custom automation etc.) can be assessed and scoped separately.

Both options include on-demand training, the Resource Library, weekly 90-minute member training and Q&A, call replays and community support.

The Systemised Builder™ also includes four private 60–90-minute sessions with Theo, using your own estimates and jobs, plus six months of weekly, client-only small-group training for personal guidance between and after your private sessions.

Systemised Builder™ Private Group Training is reserved for our Systemised Builder™ clients. These intimate sessions with Theo focus on applying your installed systems specifically to your business, where you can bring questions, share your screen and build on your private sessions.

The weekly member call, included with your ConsystemiseOS™ membership, covers broader training, practical demonstrations, system and AI updates, and general Q&A.

Systemised Builder™ clients can access both calls during their included support and access period.

Yes. Your internal team is included with The Systemised Builder™ and ConsystemiseOS™ sign ups. They can access training and resources relevant to their roles and attend the applicable support sessions.

For The Systemised Builder™, relevant team members can also attend your private sessions together, so the people responsible for estimating, accounts and project delivery can learn the processes they’ll use.

ConsystemAI™ provides builder-specific AI assistants for repetitive administration and day to day workflows.

Each assistant comes with instructions and guidance explaining what it does, the information it needs and any review steps required.

ConsystemiseOS™ includes access and guided self-setup; The Systemised Builder™ includes supported installation, connection and testing.

ConsystemAI™ currently uses Grok Bot for its AI assistants and requires your own Grok/X.ai subscription.

Yes. For Systemised Builder™ clients, we connect your Claude or ChatGPT account to Wunderbuild if you haven't already connected it, and also upload the standard Wunderbuild skills file.

For ConsystemiseOS™ clients, we provide instructions on how to complete the connection and can also assist with any questions relating to the connection or set up.

No. The ConsystemAI™ assistants run separately and independently to Claude or ChatGPT and require a Grok (X.ai) subscription.

At the moment, we use Grok Bot as we’ve found it to be the most effective platform for running our AI-assisted workflows with Wunderbuild. As AI platforms evolve however, we plan to extend support to ChatGPT and Claude for the AI Assistants.

Yes. Your Wunderbuild subscription is separate from Consystemise.

Optional tools, such as Grok Bot (for the ConsystemAI™ Assistants), and Zoho Forms (for site inductions and subcontractor agreement digital sign-offs), also have separate subscription costs.

Standalone ConsystemiseOS™ membership is AUD $297 per month, with a six-month minimum term.

The Systemised Builder™ includes twelve months of ConsystemiseOS™ access from system handover, alongside its separate six-month private implementation support period.

The Systemised Builder™ includes six months of private small-group training and twelve months of ConsystemiseOS™ access, both starting from system handover.

After the private support period ends, you retain standard membership training and support for the remainder of your included twelve months.

After twelve months, you can choose to continue ConsystemiseOS™ at the current membership rate of AUD $297 per month. Continuation is optional.

Sign up for your free 14-day Wunderbuild trial through our Sign up to Wunderbuild link. Once your trial ends and you move to a paid Wunderbuild plan, we’ll arrange your six months of free ConsystemiseOS™ access.
