About Us
It wasn’t too long ago that just like you, we were also builders - delivering projects on the ground and managing the day-to-day realities of running a construction business.
From small renovations and new homes through to luxury builds and larger multi-unit developments, we’ve completed projects ranging from $250k to $10m in contract value, experiencing every stage of growth firsthand.
Amongst all of this however, what always took second place was systemisation, and implementing formal processes into our building business.
We knew we needed proper systems and processes - not scattered emails, random documents, or everything living in our heads. But again like most builders, we were always ‘too busy’ - focussed on delivery, putting out spot fires, and being left with little time to step back and implement things properly.
We knew what had to change. We just never had the time to do it (or Wunderbuild for that matter).
It was from this knowing need in our own business (and knowing that most builders share the same reality) that Consystemise was born.

Consystemise is led by Theo Manifavas - a former builder and qualified project manager who's worked in construction for over 15 years (13 of which were running his own residential building company), before stepping away from delivery to focus on systems full time.
Theo now works exclusively with builders to implement practical, real-world systems and processes using Wunderbuild - built from lived experience, not theory, templates, or guesswork.
It’s systemisation from someone who’s actually carried the responsibility of running a building company, managing teams, and delivering projects with a combined total contract revenue of $150 million plus.
